Aeries Internet Registration allows you to quickly submit registration information for students accepted into the district. Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical and language information will be collected. Upon completion, the student's information is electronically sent to the school.

NOTE: If you live outside the Jacoby Creek District do not fill this form out until you are notified that your interdistrict transfer is accepted. Please visit our website for instructions on how to apply to attend Jacoby Creek School.
